Simply said, it’s the diversity, experience and emotional intelligence of our team. Each of our communicators are specialists in a certain area of strategic communications, and we have decades of experience across a wide variety of industries and companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 global corporations. We take time in the beginning to fully understand what must be known about your organization—the opportunities, the challenges and threats, the competitive landscape. Then we apply our collective experience to your unique context.
Strategic communications has become far too complex for a generalist communicator, even for smaller companies. Think of communications more like healthcare: Would you have your family practice doctor do your brain surgery?
For most organizations, it is an opportunity to reduce overhead costs, including office expenses. It’s a less expensive way to scale up in busy seasons or emergencies, or scale down when human resources are not needed as much.
Many organizations may only need temporary expertise to set up a communications strategy, or they want fast access to a wide variety of communications services, but they are not large enough to need a full-time team of communicators.
We may also be a solution if you need flexibility in your communications and marketing budget.
We consider ourselves an extension of your team, with regular interaction with your leadership and communications team.
Retainers are available and are based on the type of support you need, and how much time is needed on a monthly basis.
We prefer to have at least one opportunity to meet with your team in person, usually at the very beginning. But most of the time we work together online, and it has proven a very effective way to stay in touch and get things done.
