Company happiness, like individual happiness, is built from eight unique factors: Emotions, Optimism, Relationships, Purpose, Freedom, Health, Playfulness and Resilience. A company’s happiness quotient is a major contributor to a company's reputation and brand equity. Because, when these eight factors are aligned, employees and other stakeholders are satisfied with both their work and future within the organization.

Company happiness is only as strong as its weakest link. Rather than focusing on just one or two stakeholder groups such as employees or the leadership team, we work to address unhappiness wherever it exists, in any stakeholder group. And we bring a wide range of expertise to create a broad and integrated plan to increase happiness across the board.

Before getting to work, we begin by assessing your organization's current state of happiness--the Company Happiness Quotient. The very same assessment is conducted after the plan has a chance to work, usually 12 to 18 months after implementation, and the feedback can be used to refine the plan.

We keep your time investment to a minimum, and estimates will be provided in advance. The executives and management team can expect preliminary work to take 2 or 3 hours. Beyond that, as an example, the Company Happiness Quotient will take individual a maximum of 30 minutes.

The CHQ assessment was created by experts from a variety of disciplines including psychology, human resources, brand development, marketing and communications. It identifies the way that people feel about their association with the company and the satisfaction they have in their career. The inventory allows us to pinpoint which of the eight unique happiness factors are strengths and challenges for your company. Armed with that information, we provide you with both a composite look at happiness at your company and solutions to improve.

We create the strategy using feedback from the CHQ assessment, input from the panel of specialists, and extensive research on the contributing factors to organization happiness. After the strategy is accepted, we facilitate a process to create a plan of action and timeline.
